Includes over 900 foods with their calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrate information. Automatically totals all four categories when you select the food you eat. View a list of totals from today or any previous date entered. Customize the food list database by adding your own foods or editing the included foods. QuickAdd™ lets you add to the total carbs, fat, calories, and / or protein without having to add a food to the database. There’s an option to edit or delete foods you’ve previously entered for that day in case you make a mistake. Only takes up 152k of memory, which includes all the food databases. 5.0 completely changed program, including fixes to rare calculation problems, added protein amounts to the food database, delete daily food problem, easier to use, and major cosmetic improvements.
